I very much enjoyed my stay. I will certainly be back.

The hot water, the wifi, the chair, the bed and pillows ... everything was good. The room was very comfortable. It's exactly what I want. The host was very friendly and helpful too. Even though there was a guest next door, I enjoyed several very quiet nights there.

I couldn't find anything that I dislike here. Therefore the perfect rating.

It definetly worths the price. Cheap, good enough, friendly staff, free rice, noodles and kimchi. Easy to access anywhere!

Very Good

Located on a not so busy street with convenience stores close by (GS25 and Lottemart). The host had homemade kimchi in the cooler and there was always rice and ramen available. Although small, there was a private bathroom, and a working space with Wi-Fi.

The space in the room is quite small, if you are taller than 185, I’d recommend getting something else. But other than that, good place.

All you need for short stay private room

The staff were very helpful with anything i needed, there was free food available, the room was perfect size for one person. The location was near the subway

Subway closes late at night so will need taxi to get there. Not very social if you need to make friends.

Fantastic host, super useful and good central location for travelling to all parts of Seoul

The host was incredibly welcoming, and super. accommodating. Was very responsive to messages via the app, stayed up late to help me check in very late on my first night due to a long flight from England and when I lost my SIM they were very reassuring putting my anxiety at ease. Would definitely recommend for english speakers visiting korea alone for the first time

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the room is small but space is not easy to come by in Seoul and the prices are so good that it is not a problem if travelling on a budget

So good! If you are a solo traveller on a budget, this is great and has everything you need.

Absolutely loved everything about Bestel Residence. As someone looking for cheap accomodation in the heart of Seoul, this really was amazing. Very clean, very accomodating host and amazing location for such a good price!

The Great Accommodation With Friendly Vibes

Even though the room was small I was totally satisfied with. Everywhere was cleaned and owner was fantastic! She was helpful and so friendly whole time my visiting. I was pleased it's possible to take a rise, kimchi, noodles or tea and coffee.

It was a great location and access to Seoul Nambu Terminal. Only 10 minutes on foot.

The WIFI could have been more improved.

Would definitely stay again if the shower had hot water.

Easy access to subway, very friendly owner, clean.

The shower in the private bathroom didn't have any hot water either day I was there :(
